Our team of talented iBaristas are alumni of the prestigious London School of Coffee, so they know their way around a machine. They’ll help you get your machine back on track, before showing you how to get the most out of your machine going forward, so you can enjoy a perfect cup every single day. 

Technical service

TECHNICAL SERVICE

Our technical servicing covers a two hour on-site response to unlimited call-outs (yes, two hours!) with labour and replacement parts provided at no additional cost.

Further to this, our technical service includes an annual technical audit, descale and drink quality assessment.

Hygiene service

HYGIENE SERVICE

Available on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis, we can visit to carry out a deep clean and technical audit of your coffee machine. Unload the responsibility onto us and we'll make sure that your coffee machine is always in tip-top condition and every drink continually tastes its best.

This service is optional, but we do recommend it. Because even coffee machines need a little TLC sometimes.
