Where do you source your coffee?

We’ve partnered with Grind, a London based roastery and chain of premium cafes, founded in 2011. Their quality and sustainable supply chain ensure we’re able to offer our customers exceptional coffee whilst investing in developing communities in South America.

Grind are our supplier of Coffee Beans and Ground Coffee, perfectly complimenting the state-of-the art Coffee Machines we supply and service.

Is Grind coffee sustainable?

Grind have a careful set of criteria for the farms and importers they work with, to ensure sustainability and ethical trading from the top to the bottom of their supply chain.

Sustainability is about more than farming practices which is why Grind source beans directly from smallholders and pay farmers significantly more than the rates set by Fairtrade. This empowers partners to grow their farms, invest in their communities and continue to farm some of the best coffees in the world!

Are Grind environmentally friendly?

Grind packaging is plastic free and compostable, all coffee is free from pesticides and artificial additives.

Is Grind coffee organic?

Almost all farms are family-run (with many existing for several generations) meaning that sustainability is core to their livelihood. Whole Bean and Ground coffee isn't always certified organic -  it's very difficult to register for the certification, and lots of the farms are too small to afford the certification.

Is Grind coffee Fairtrade?

Grind work directly with farms around the world and pay them far above the "Fairtrade" price, typically around double. Their aim is 'trade, not aid' and by paying a fair price for some of the world's best coffee, and encouraging farmers to focus on quality, not quantity, means building long term sustainable partnerships that benefit everyone involved.

Do you supply water systems?

We supply several different filtered water systems from high quality manufacturers. These are a perfect addition to our coffee machines, creating a full refreshment solution within your workplace. More details on the systems we offer are available on request.

Do you have rental machines on offer?

We predominantly sell or lease machines to our clients but in certain circumstances may be able to offer a rental solution. Please get in touch and we can discuss this further.

Do you supply other ingredients i.e tea, sugar, syrups etc?

We offer a range of ingredients to create a comprehensive refreshment station, perfectly complementing our coffee or creating other drinks. Partners include; Califia plant and oat milks, Simply syrups, Clipper tea and Callebaut hot chocolate.
